The 12 weeks will be broken down into easy to follow goals that outline the entire scope of the program. Your body is different than all the other bodies out there, you have unique goals and you have a rareness about you. I will walk you through your goals at a pace that you are comfortable with. By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have lost weight and will be living a healthy life.
Since this program is personalized, there won't be much of an overview, but I can assure you that we will set some goals and crush them along the way!

I totally understand and that's why I am offering a payment plan. I also know that investing in your health and in yourself can be scary. Let me ask you this: How many times did you try to do this on your own..and failed? Now, I am not telling you this to make you feel bad. I am telling you this to let you know that sometimes asking for help is a sign of bravery! You don't have to do everything by yourself. A coach will help you stick to your plan and achieve success faster PLUS a coach will give you the knowledge you need to keep it up!
