You wake up in the morning feeling rested, refreshed and ready to take on the day.
You sit behind your laptop and get to work. You talk to clients, prep your blog for the next month and cross off items on your to-do list like a true #ladyboss
And then... 3 o'clock hits ya - REAL HARD!
You can't focus. You start going through all the social media feeds to find some inspiration and motivation...but find cute kitty pics instead. You just want this day to be over so you can go to bed!
WOAH! What the heck happened? You went from FIRED up to TIRED down..
Here's the thing - Your body is a machine - a really freakin' sophisticated one! If you want it to run smoothly, you've got some tuning up to do.
My best tip is: Stay away from the coffee and/or chocolate bar and grab a glass of water instead!
