The blog post I didn't want to write.

I know.  I know.  I've skipped last week and delayed the post this week.  The truth is, I LOVE this post, but I am scared to hit publish.  I got sick and let every excuse in the book prevent me from writing this post. 

Not anymore, so here we go.

One of the first thing you have to do when you start your own business is figure out who your ideal client is.  Gender, age, social status, earnings, etc. and that helps you sell to her - I won't sugar coat it!

For me, I find this to be tricky because I want to help EVERYONE...and that's apparently a big NO-NO.  So, I've tried different types of ideal clients.

  • The wealthy coach
  • The mompreneur
  • ...

But the truth is: My ideal client is...ME!  Oh yes, you read that right!  

I have a problem that needs fixin', I research the hell out of it, get better and want to share what I found out in the process because, really, I can't be the only one like me in the world.  

*I can't be the only mom who struggles with making room for a workout (or simply finding the motivation to actually do it instead of another load of laundry - it's just staring at you!),

*I can't be the only mom who hates mealtime because supper is now noodles and meat...and they can't be touching.

*I can't be the only mom who wakes up at every hour of the night with sick kids and gets so overwhelmed that Take Out seems like the SMARTEST IDEA EVERRRR!!
