Decide to take care of YOU and your health!
WOW! How awesome does that feel? You are finally thinking about yourself! this is a BIG step in the right direction!
This is going to be an easy 3 step process.
1- Make the decision:
- Now is the time that you decide to take care of you!
- Now is the time that you decide to do something because you WANT it - not your partner, not your kids, not your neighbors,...YOU!
- Sit down, take a minute and really DECIDE! Breathe in and say LET'S DO THIS!
2- Start your planning:
- How are you going to make it happen? Are you going to sneak in a workout in the AM, at noon, PM, evening,...WHEN?
- Who is going to help you out? Workout buddy, babysitter, kids joining the workout fun, a coach (WOAH, are you feeling a little overwhelmed right now? No worries! I am here for you! Let's sit down and have coffee before you go any further - COFFEE TIME!)
- Let your family in on it - let them know that you won't be available for that 30 minutes. (Check out the awesome drawing I did to let them know where I'm at..and what I'm doing, lol)
3- Pencil it in:
- It's great if you schedule it, but now you need to make it happen. Set reminders (there's an app for that!).
How exciting is this?? This is the beginning of a wonderful Journey to Health!!
