What can you do when you have no energy to take care of YOU?

You read last week's post (3 ways to sneak health & fitness into your busy mompreneur life) and thought to yourself ''That's nice, but I'm too tired for this sh!t.  Once I have more energy maybe, I'll go back and read the post.''

YAWN!  Now I'm the one with no energy...to keep listening to the excuses.

I had a webinar a little while back about ENERGY (and there will be another one if you missed it - it's happening on March 17th at 8PM.  Sign up HERE) And, you guessed it, what we do and what we eat has a direct effect on your ENERGY.

The struggle is real, I am not taking that away from you.  You don't have the energy to take care of yourself...and you don't have the energy BECAUSE you don't take care of yourself.  It's a loop and it won't stop unless you put a stop to it!

I'm a big believer in trusting our bodies and it certainly applies to physical activity too.

Listen to your body! You don't have a lot of energy, so don't push yourself!  Move a little, do yoga as it can be gentle as it can be hardcore.

Go with the flow.

Listen & trust your body.  It will guide you in the right direction.
